Specialized in the sale of residential and commercial properties in the Greater Porto area.

Meticulous, professional, with knowledge of the real estate market in the north of the country.

I have a successful track record in selling real estate nationally and internationally, with more than half of my business coming from referrals and recommendations.

I am proud to be able to leverage the depth and breadth of specialized skills learned, to successfully serve the needs of clients and the multifaceted properties in the different locations that represent the Greater Porto market.

My clear purpose is to put clients at the center of my business and act on their behalf to ensure they get the best result.

With contacts currently on 4 continents, I manage the investment and assets of several foreign clients. United States of America, Brazil, Canada, France, Israel, South Africa, China, Singapore are some of the countries I regulary work with.

Tenho um histórico de sucesso na venda de imóveis a nível nacional e internacional, com mais de metade do meu negócio proveniente de referências e recomendações.

Tenho orgulho em poder aproveitar a profundidade e amplitude das competências especializadas aprendidas, para servir com sucesso as necessidades dos clientes e dos imóveis multifacetados nas diferentes localizações que representam o mercado do Grande Porto.

“Me and my wife are very satisfied with the service provided by Ivo. This was our first purchase in Portugal and the experience was better than we could have expected. Ivo was very patient in presenting to us different properties and kept on showing us what was available until we found the one that we were exactly looking for. The property we wanted wasn’t initially on the market as it had been under contract with a different Buyer. Knowing that we wanted that property, Ivo was very patient and contacted the Seller even while it was already under contract with the first Buyer. Luckily that contract with the first Buyer fell through the cracks and the property became available to us. It became available to us because of the extra effort made by Ivo to contact the Seller. It worked out well for us thanks to Ivo’s initiative. Furthermore, Ivo also went out of his way to help us even when the purchase was already completed and title had already been transferred to our name. After consummation of the purchase and we had moved in to the unit, he continued to provide service driving us to the offices of the different utility companies (electricity, water and fiber optic internet cable) to have the utilities be transferred to our name. Having the utilities connected to the property in our name isn’t as easy as back home; and, Ivo spent half his day driving us and acting as our interpreter helping us to square away all the paper works with the utility companies.
